1. Premessa

La presente Informativa Resi e Rimborsi disciplina le modalità di gestione dei resi, delle sostituzioni e dei rimborsi relativi agli acquisti effettuati tramite il sito ufficiale di  Fresco Natural BarAttachment.png.

Effettuando un ordine, il cliente accetta integralmente le condizioni riportate nella presente policy.


2. Prodotti alimentari e diritto di recesso

Ai sensi dell’art. 59 del D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), il diritto di recesso è escluso per:

  • prodotti alimentari freschi;
  • prodotti deperibili;
  • prodotti confezionati su misura o personalizzati;
  • prodotti che, per motivi igienico-sanitari, non possono essere restituiti una volta aperti o consegnati.

Per tali categorie non è quindi possibile effettuare resi dopo la consegna, salvo il caso di prodotto danneggiato, difettoso o non conforme.


3. Prodotti danneggiati, errati o mancanti

Il cliente è tenuto a verificare l’integrità dell’ordine al momento della consegna.

Nel caso in cui il cliente riceva:

  • prodotti danneggiati;
  • prodotti non conformi all’ordine effettuato;
  • prodotti mancanti;
  • prodotti alterati o non idonei al consumo,

dovrà contattare il servizio clienti entro 24 ore dalla consegna inviando:

  • numero dell’ordine;
  • descrizione dettagliata del problema;
  • documentazione fotografica chiara del prodotto e dell’imballaggio.

4. Valutazione della richiesta

Una volta ricevuta la segnalazione, Fresco Natural Bar provvederà a verificare il reclamo e, qualora la richiesta venga ritenuta fondata, potrà procedere alternativamente con:

  • sostituzione del prodotto;
  • emissione di un buono acquisto;
  • rimborso totale o parziale dell’importo pagato.

L’azienda si riserva il diritto di richiedere ulteriori informazioni utili alla valutazione del reclamo.


5. Modalità di rimborso

Gli eventuali rimborsi saranno effettuati tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l’acquisto, salvo diverso accordo con il cliente.

I tempi di accredito possono variare in base:

  • all’istituto bancario;
  • al circuito di pagamento utilizzato;
  • ai tempi tecnici delle piattaforme di pagamento.

6. Consegne e responsabilità

Le tempistiche di consegna indicate sul sito sono da considerarsi indicative e non vincolanti.

Fresco Natural Bar non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per ritardi imputabili a:

  • corrieri;
  • condizioni meteorologiche;
  • eventi straordinari o cause di forza maggiore;
  • indirizzi errati forniti dal cliente.
