FRESCO ships fresh products with careful attention to the cold chain, clear information and a simple purchasing experience.

Always refrigerated shipping

All FRESCO shipments are refrigerated. This is not a benefit only above a threshold: the cold chain is part of the brand promise.

Free shipping

Shipping may be free over 50 euros when shown on the site or at checkout. Any thresholds, served areas and conditions are displayed before order confirmation.

Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared according to product availability, operating calendar and refrigerated logistics steps. Estimated times may vary by area, holidays or carrier conditions.

Address and availability

The customer must provide a complete and correct address with a phone number useful for the carrier. For fresh products, it is important that someone can receive the delivery.

Storage after delivery

Place products in the refrigerator as soon as possible. Sealed products can be stored for up to 90 days, always according to the date shown on the label.
